Hey! I’m Mari. I’m Brazilian and have been working with photography since 2016. It all started when I was walking with a friend, holding a camera. The camera wasn’t mine, and I didn’t even know how to use it. A woman saw me and, desperate for an assistant at a wedding, asked me to help. She taught me the basics, and just like that, I found myself at my first wedding. And I never stopped.
Call it fate or something greater, but I believe something pushed me toward this work that I love so much. It’s incredibly creative and deeply immersive to spend a day documenting people as they live it with such passion joy.

I believe the most surreal and authentic photos come from allowing people to exist naturally in their moment. I hold space for each couple’s individuality, respecting their dynamic and energy.
I’m drawn to creative couples who embrace artistry, who are open to experimenting and making their wedding photos truly singular.
